Welcome to BUSINESSrun, and thank you for choosing to sign up with us. As part of our commitment to ensuring your privacy, we want to inform you about the use of your personal data when you participate in BUSINESSrun.

By participating in BUSINESSrun, you understand and agree that your name, email address, and phone number, as provided by you during the sign-up process, will be shared with all runners and sponsors for the purpose of networking. Additionally, we will use your email address to keep you informed about future events.

During the run and networking session, a professional photographer will take photos, some of which will be posted on BUSINESSrun’s Facebook and other social media platforms. A few of these pictures may be shared with the press and other public media outlets and will also be shared with all participants. We may also use these photos for flyers, future invites, and other marketing measures. The photographer may use some of the photos as professional reference in a gallery.

Please note that if you cannot agree to the above usage of your personal data and photos, we unfortunately need to ask you not to participate in BUSINESSrun because this networking event cannot be organized otherwise.

Since 2018, all participants receive a profile free of charge at FLENZIES.com, the digital supply chain accelerator created by Flensborg and Associates GmbH. The profile creation is made by Flensborg and Associates GmbH, and the usage is free of charge for BUSINESSrunners.
