Our Recycled plastic waste running shirts represent a commitment to sustainability, on-demand production, and regional manufacturing. Produced entirely in Germany, these shirts are designed, printed, and assembled all in one location, ensuring a reduced ecological footprint and quicker delivery times. By sourcing raw materials regionally, we avoid the long wait times associated with overseas production.
Our environmentally friendly printing process, sublimation printing, offers a resource-saving alternative to traditional textile dyeing, which consumes large amounts of chemicals and water and often involves substandard working conditions.
Although we cannot completely eliminate material waste, our production system minimizes it, and we repurpose leftover fabric into cushion fillings and recycled batting for our own products. The transfer paper used for printing is also reused as shipping bags and packaging materials.
We increasingly use sustainably produced materials in our production, such as recycled PET bottles, reducing the need for new raw materials. These bottles are shredded, granulated, melted, and processed into yarn, resulting in functional and sustainable running shirts.
